Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. It must be unused and  in its original package.  All information instructions, tags, etc that was shipped with the item must be returned in resaleable condition.  Damaged or incomplete parts will be returned to you at your expense.  Shipping fees are not refundable, except if an error was made on our part.  Electronics, CDI electrical components and marine accessories such as life jackets, ski ropes, paddles, etc. are not refundable. Marinemaxx will not accept returns older than 30 days. A restocking fee may be charges.

Please contact us as soon as you can and we can assist you as long as the order has not been shipped.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY;

MARINEMAXXCANADA ships by Purolator and Loomis.   The shipping charges are shown/included in your invoice.   Additional fees will apply for parcels that are oversize, orders shipped internationally, or to remote locations in Canada.  We will contact you prior to shipping engines, remote locations or shipping hazardous goods.  Additional fees and restrictions will apply for parcels that are oversize, hazardous goods and to remote locations in Canada.  Orders over 22 lbs. and longer than 4 ft will be shipped by the most economical transport.

We make every effort to ship the same day an order is received.  In most circumstances, you should receive your order within three to four days. Back orders will be shipped as soon as product arrives at MARINEMAXX. A phone call or email will be sent to you to confirm that you still want the item.   Back orders are not billed until the order is filled. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes or shipping costs.  U.S. and international orders are subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees.  Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL.   In order to comply with sales taxes in Canada GST will be added to your order.

WARRANTY:

Defective items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Most manufacturers request that you contact them, before returning an item, as they may be able to help solve the problem over the phone.  If the manufacturer cannot solve the problem, they will advise you on what to do whether it be working through Marinemaxx or dealing with an authorized service center. 

WHY DO I SEE A 'PLEASE CALL TO ORDER' MESSAGE ON SOME PRODUCTS?

Our shipping calculators have a difficult time with large items, like TurboSwings or the popular DL-5 dock ladders. In many cases, the calculator will be considerably higher than what it should be. By calling or emailing us, we can get you the best shipping rates!

Also, items like batteries and spray paint are considered dangerous goods for shipping. Most shippers (Purolator, FedEx, Loomis) have extra fees to transport these items. By calling or email us, we can give you a more accurate quote for shipping these items.
